  • On the downside though we rang the spa on the Saturday to ask for a massage and were informed by a rude member of staff that there would be no way to make an appointment for the weekend- not a problem with that as this is the norm in a lot of hotels but I was more surprised at her disgust for me even asking was there a chance of an appointment- I was left feeling apologetic for asking! 2008-09-23 - boo.com
