Breakfast was satisfactory but I heard a conversation behind the kitched door about the bed bugs they had in 3 of the rooms in the hotel, this made me feel sick and itchy all day. 2011-09-09 - hotels.com
When I got to the hotel the card machine wouldnt work so i had to pay cash, I entered my room to find a bunch of dirty towels on the bathroom floor, so I complained and they cleaned the bathroom and moved the towels, the bathroom was still dirty, I was in room 22, there were 4 single beds and a bay consisting of 3 sash windows, they all rattled and the curtains let in lots of light, this was a good thing because the main light in the room did not have a bulb fitted. 2011-09-09 - hotels.com

The room was unclean, ceiling fan was covered in dirt and fluff, on arrival we had booked a bottle of Champagne to be in our room as it was our anniversary, this was never provided though they did try to charge us for it! 2009-07-01 - venere.com
